Mr. Rajnikant Shamalji Ajmera

A Civil Engineer by qualification, Mr Ajmera is the Managing Director of the Nilkanth Tech Park Pvt. Ltd. Over his vast career span, his role in the construction industry has branched out extensively, which now encompasses land development and construction of commercial & residential projects.

He is also the Chairman & Managing Director of the Ajmera group of companies & mainstay behind the growth of Ajmera Group of Companies. Jointly, with the Founder Chairman, Late Shri Chhotubhai Ajmera, a large number of housing colonies have been successfully completed in the shortest possible time and the group has also attained ISO 9000-2000 certification.

He served as the President of MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry). He also served CREDAI (Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India) as their President and Vice-President. During his tenure, he was very active in bringing amendments in various rules governing this industry. After diversifying in Steel Industry, he served CORSMA (Cold Rolled Steel Manufacturers Association of India) as their President for many years.

Mr. Dhaval Rajnikant Ajmera

An MBA in Finance from the Cardiff University Mr. Dhaval Ajmera is currently the director of Nilkanth Tech Park Pvt. Ltd. & Ajmera group of companies.

Dhaval Ajmera has successfully under his leadership taken care of projects in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Ahmedabad as well as of Bahrain. He aims to create landmark to further enhance the presence of Ajmera’s in the real estate sector.

This young entrepreneur believes that education is a stepping stone to a successful career, he is also the promoter of the upcoming Ajmera Global school, which is one of its kind and aims to develop each child into well-balanced individual who has a thirst for knowledge.
